Oil & Gas Finance Forum 2013

“….my expectations were more than met in terms of the quality of attendees (and the small group / location made networking easier, as advertised), as well as insights and exposure that I gained, particularly for the relatively small amount of time I invested. “ Jamie Somerville, TD Securities at OGFF

The MiNE LLC team is pleased to announce its 2013 International Oil & Gas Finance Forum.  This is a private, by-invitation only meeting connecting the money directly with qualified oil & gas companies.

This year’s program includes presentations from international and US domestic oil & gas companies. Get updates on market drivers, the new economy in natural gas, new technologies, supply/demand, US vs. other markets, transport, infrastructure, and political challenges for development and growth of the oil & gas industry.

This private event provides delegates the opportunity to attend oil & gas company presentations and meet privately with company CEOs and top management in meetings pre-arranged by MINE LLC as well as in social settings. The format of the institutional-investor-based model is beneficial to the presenting companies in that it provides the companies exclusive access to major investors and analysts.

The Oil & Gas Finance Forum is being held in the heart of Wall Street to accommodate the maximum investor base. MiNE LLC has connections with over 400 qualified investors and analysts on Wall Street who are invited to attend. In addition, invitations will be extended to investors and analysts  throughout the US & Canada.

Why Attend the Oil & Gas Finance Forum?

  • We invite qualified companies. We interview institutional investors to determine what parameters they are looking for when seeking investments in oil & gas companies. From those interviews, we determine our qualifications for companies and then issue invitations and review any on-line applications we receive for submission.

We maintain a pre-specified ratio of investors to businesses. In our 25 years of hosting investor events, we use our expertise to manage the Oil & Gas Finance Forum so investors can spend more time connecting with company executives.

We make time for 1:1 meetings and group activities. Time and again, the most common feedback we receive is that the time we reserve for 1:1 meetings and group events were of immense value to both investor and business clients. These conversations are held in a relaxed atmosphere and allow for meaningful relationship building.

Register for the Oil and Gas Finance Forum 2013

To make this process as simple as possible for you, we ask that DELEGATES and COMPANIES complete a brief online form. Once your information has been submitted, a MiNE LLC representative will contact you within three business days. Qualified delegates and companies will then receive a brief registration form that will be returned to MiNE LLC.

Registration forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
